Managing Subscription

From Dashboard

  1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing
  2. View current plan and usage
  3. Click Manage Subscription to open Stripe Portal

From CLI

Stripe Billing Portal

The Stripe portal allows you to:

  • Update payment method
  • View invoices
  • Download receipts
  • Cancel subscription
  • Change plan

Usage Tracking

View Current Usage

Dashboard → Settings → Usage shows:

  • Current billing period
  • Builds used / included
  • Submissions used / included
  • Updates used / included
  • Estimated overage charges

Usage Reset

Usage counters reset at the start of each billing period (monthly).


Overage Billing

How It Works

  1. Use included operations at no extra cost
  2. Beyond included limits, each operation is metered
  3. Overage is calculated at period end
  4. Charged to your payment method

Example

Pro plan with 13 builds in a month:

  • 8 builds included in $19
  • 5 overage builds × $0.99 = $4.95
  • Total: $23.95

Changing Plans

Upgrade

  1. Go to billing settings
  2. Select new plan
  3. Prorated credit applied for unused time
  4. New features available immediately

Downgrade

  1. Go to billing settings
  2. Select lower plan
  3. Change takes effect at next billing cycle
  4. Keep current features until then

Cancel

  1. Go to Stripe Billing Portal
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Access continues until period end
  4. Reverts to Free tier

Stripe supports:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • Debit cards
  • Some regional payment methods

Update Payment Method

  1. Open Stripe Billing Portal
  2. Click Payment Method
  3. Add new card
  4. Remove old card (optional)

Invoices

Access Invoices

Available in Stripe Billing Portal:

  • View invoice history
  • Download PDF receipts
  • See payment status

Invoice Contents

Each invoice includes:

  • Subscription fee
  • Overage charges (if any)
  • Tax (if applicable)
  • Total amount

Organization Billing

  • Billing is per organization
  • Each organization has its own subscription
  • Usage is tracked per organization
  • Team members share the organization’s plan

FAQ

When am I charged?

Subscription fee is charged at the start of each billing period. Overage is charged at the end.

What happens if payment fails?

  • First retry after 3 days
  • Second retry after 7 days
  • Subscription paused after failures
  • Access continues briefly (grace period)

Can I get a refund?

Contact support within 7 days for prorated refunds on unused time.

Is there a free trial?

Paid plans currently include free trials:

  • Pro: 30 days
  • Enterprise: 60 days

The Free tier is available indefinitely for evaluation and low-volume usage.
